The concept behind them is to achieve balance with food, a little of grains, a little bit of protein, you get your veggie dose and sometimes even a carb punch!

- PICK A GRAIN:In my case I used gluten free sushi rice unicorn style.
- CHOOSE YOUR VEGGIES: I chose avocados, sprouts, broccoli and some sauerkraut for that healthy fermentation dose! *SUPER GOOD FOR DIGESTION*
- PICK A CARB: Yes, you heard me! The sweet potato was my first and only choice as it is low on calories but high on protein.
- DRESS IT UP: I made this tahini dressing by combining 1 tbsp of tahini, 1 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic minced and some salt and pepper to taste!
