- 1 large egg white
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. matcha
- A pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 fresh croissant
- Whisk egg white, powdered sugar, matcha, salt, and water in a small bowl until smooth.
- Dip the croissant in the glaze and let it sit.
