The Perfect Matcha


If you’re still not obsessed with matcha yet, this little recipe might get you there.

Matcha Glaze

  • Servings: 1 croissant

Matcha Croissant.

Croissant is fromΒ local baker L’art Du Pain


  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. matcha
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 fresh croissant


  1. Whisk egg white, powdered sugar, matcha, salt, and water in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Dip the croissant in the glaze and let it sit.
