Vegan Choco Smoothie

Choco Smoothie



Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk or other nut milk
  • 2 medjool dates as sweetner
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop of 100% cacao powder (organic) ( A scoop to me is 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tbsps of almond butter for a creamy texture
  • Ashwagandha root from Gaia ( powder of 1 pill)
  • Nuts, dry coconut, seeds, fruit or anything else you’d like to use to top it off

Directions

  1. You put your left foot in, you put your right foot out. JK.. Mix it all in the blender or NutriBullet until its smooth.
  2. Serve in bowl, mason jar, glass or whatever your preference.
  3. Scoop up and enjoy!
