ou won’t believe there’s no dairy in this creamy, arugula pesto! I’ve been obsessing with using blanched cashews to make sauces, plump up my smoothies and making tasty spreads!

Vegan, Creamy Arugula Pesto


– 1 cup of blanched cashews (pre-soaked for at least 2 hours)
– 1 cup of arugula
– 1/4 olive oil
– 1/4 tsp of salt
– 1/4 tsp of pepper
– 1 tsp of garlic powder


  1. Add all ingredients to blender!
  2. Enjoy, pair it with some pasta or use it as a spread!
