Vegan, Creamy Arugula Pesto
Ingredients
– 1 cup of blanched cashews (pre-soaked for at least 2 hours)
– 1 cup of arugula
– 1/4 olive oil
– 1/4 tsp of salt
– 1/4 tsp of pepper
– 1 tsp of garlic powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender!
- Enjoy, pair it with some pasta or use it as a spread!
