Vegan, Gluten-Free, “Ahi Poke”

retty eats and pretty simple to make! You can get a little taste of ahi, without the fish! In this recipe, I keep it vegan and opt for tomato instead of raw tuna, if you follow the Pretty Eats IG account you can tell this is inspired by our vegan, “tartare”!

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Ahi Poke

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Ahi Poke



Ingredients

  • 1 cubed avocado
  • 1 cubed tomato
  • 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of aminos sauce

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Serve alone or on top of a bed of gluten-free rice. Enjoy!
